Professional skateboarder
Everyone has
wishes, that through life may come true, but let not get confuse between dreams
as aims and goals with dreams as caprices. Well since I was a kid I have aimed
to become a professional skater but since life is life I have no more the
opportunity to achieve that goal at my age even though I’m still young and got
skills, so this goal has turned into a caprice in the good sense. Almost every
day I imagine myself as a professional skateboarder doing what I love for a
living, meeting different skaters and people, traveling through the world in
order to go visit different spots to skate and having fun. If I was a professional
skateboarder, I imagine myself hanging out in the streets with the homies
drinking beers and skating together till I can’t stand. It would be a perfect life
waking up in the morning with no other labor responsibilities than go to skate
with the people that enjoy it as much as you, sponsor by skateboard companies which
provides you the latest products and also getting paid for doing this. I wouldn’t
like to be someone else I would have liked to have the right opportunities in
the right moment in order to be now in the present a professional skateboarder.
That is why it is only a caprice disguised as a dream which doesn’t affect me
so much because skateboarding is to have fun.
